Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Madambi Group. This policy explains when you can cancel, return, or get a refund, and the exact timelines.
1. Order cancellation
- You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, call or email us (details below) with your order number.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or request a return under the conditions below.
2. Returns & replacements
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: report it within 48 hours of delivery (a clear unboxing photo/video helps us process it faster). We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
- Change of mind: you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original sealed packaging with all accessories.
- Items that are used, physically damaged by the customer, or missing packaging/accessories are not eligible for return.
3. Refund timelines

Note: after we initiate a refund, it may take an additional 1β3 business days for your bank or UPI provider to reflect the amount.
4. How to request a cancellation, return, or refund

5. Grievances
If your refund is delayed or you are unsatisfied, escalate to our Grievance Officer on the Contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
