Online (UPI / Card / Netbanking via Razorpay) Refunded to the original payment method 5–7 business days after the return is approved / pickup is completed
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunded via UPI or bank transfer to an account you provide 5–7 business days after the return is approved / pickup is completed

Note: after we initiate a refund, it may take an additional 1–3 business days for your bank or UPI provider to reflect the amount.

5. Grievances

If your refund is delayed or you are unsatisfied, escalate to our Grievance Officer on the Contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
