These Terms & Conditions govern your use of madambigroup.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Madambi Group ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products & pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- We sell genuine, lawfully sourced Havells-branded products. We are an independent reseller and are not an authorised dealer of or affiliated with Havells India Ltd.
- We make every effort to display accurate prices and details. In the rare event of an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
2. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone/email/SMS; we may decline or cancel an order (e.g. product unavailable, delivery not serviceable, suspected fraud).
- You must provide accurate, complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details.
3. Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD): pay the full amount in cash to the courier at delivery.
- Online payment: processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We do not store your payment credentials.
4. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery timelines and serviceable areas are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable, serviced through the manufacturer's authorised service channels. We will assist with replacement of items that arrive damaged or defective as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use & intellectual property
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or place fraudulent orders. All content on the Site (text, layout, our branding) is our property or used with permission and may not be copied without consent. Third-party trademarks (e.g. "Havells") belong to their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [your city], [your state].
9. Grievances
For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer listed on the Contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
