1. Delivery timelines
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- You will receive a confirmation call and, where available, tracking details after dispatch.
2. Serviceable areas
We deliver across India through reputed courier partners (such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and similar aggregators). Delivery and Cash on Delivery are available only to PIN codes serviced by our courier partners. If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund for pre-paid orders.
3. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders (shipping is included in the price shown).
- Cash on Delivery is available at no extra charge.
4. Delivery attempts & failures
- Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. Please keep your phone reachable.
- If a COD order is refused or repeatedly undeliverable, it is returned to us; we may contact you to re-ship or cancel the order.
